Photography Workshops - Stage One

COURSE OVERVIEW

Learn simple but effective portrait photography techniques from an award winning Portrait photographer. This course will help you to significantly improve your portrait photographs in all occasions (every day and special events).

Simple, non-technical and easy to understand workshop is designed to suit beginners. Your own digital ‘point & shoot’ camera can be used. We will run through the basics of using your digital camera including downloading and sharing your images. Learn about the different shooting modes, how to compose better photographs and basic downloading.

The stage 1 course is structured over five workshops – start with a beginner workshop or attend all five. Part of each workshop will be offsite on location so you can learn the techniques of outdoor photography. Supportive, friendly and patient environment - regardless of your knowledge or your camera and photography experience. Small classes (max. of 6 people).
